Milica Kašanin-Grubin is a geologist and the goal of her research is to improve understanding how processes shape the Earth surface, and how they relate with human activity. She is interested in landscape sensitivity and environmental changes, particularly how natural and anthropogenically induced events influence landscape evolution at different spatial and temporal scales.

Milica’s research combines field and laboratory work in geomorphological and sedimentological approaches of studying the relation of weathering and erosion processes and sediment transport.
