Nevena Antić is a chemist, whose research interests are focused on physical-chemical characterization of sediments, mainly from erodible terrains; as well as on the simulation of different climatic conditions in the laboratory. Her combined laboratory and field researches are conducted with the aim of examining and better understanding the dynamic evolution, sensitivity and resilience of terrain from the aspect of lithological properties and climate changes. Apart from that, her research interest is spreading on research of the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of soil and on prediction of landscape evolution caused by erosion processes.
